Because each item from Pathway Apparel is made to order, we do not require items to be returned. Instead, we handle issues directly to make things as simple as possible.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at noahlpathway@gmail.com.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it.

Once confirmed, we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for:

- incorrect sizing  
- change of mind  
- ordering the wrong item  

Because each product is made specifically for you, we’re unable to restock returned items.

We encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your issue is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll send a replacement if eligible. Otherwise, a new order can be placed for a different size or item.
